4. Release and Waiver of Liability

6. Consent to Medical Treatment
In the event of injury or illness during the Activity, Participant authorizes Company and its staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for Participant at Participant's expense. Participant agrees that Released Parties are not responsible for any decisions made by medical providers.
7. Equipment and Personal Property
Participant is responsible for inspecting any equipment provided and using it only as instructed. Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Participant's personal property.
