4. Obligations
Receiving Party agrees to hold Confidential Information in strict confidence using at least reasonable care, use it only for the Purpose, limit access to need-to-know persons bound by confidentiality obligations, and not copy or reverse engineer except as necessary.
5. Term and Survival
