1. Appointment
I, the Grantor, hereby appoint the Attorney named above as my attorney for property with full power and authority to do on my behalf anything in respect of property that I could do if capable, except make a will.
This is a continuing power of attorney that remains valid during any period in which I am incapable of managing property.
2. Scope of Authority
The Attorney may exercise all powers I have in respect of my property, including without limitation the power to:
