4. Appointment of Guardian for Minor Children

9. Simultaneous Death
If any beneficiary and I die under circumstances where it is difficult or impossible to determine who survived the other, it shall be presumed that such beneficiary predeceased me. This provision shall apply for purposes of this Will and any other instrument executed by me.
10. Digital Assets and Online Accounts
My Executor is authorized to access, control, manage, and dispose of my digital assets, including but not limited to email accounts, social media profiles, cloud storage accounts, cryptocurrency holdings, domain names, online financial accounts, digital photographs, and any other digital property, in accordance with the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act as adopted in Oregon (ORS 119.006 et seq.) and any other applicable federal or state law.
I authorize any custodian of my digital assets to disclose the contents of such assets to my Executor upon presentation of a copy of this Will or letters testamentary.
11. Funeral, Burial, and Memorial Wishes
