1. Position and Duties

2. Term and At-Will Employment

10. Workplace Policies
Employee agrees to comply with all written Employer policies, safety rules, and the employee handbook. In case of conflict with this Agreement, this Agreement controls.

13. Acknowledgment of At-Will Status
Employee understands and agrees that employment is at-will and that nothing in this Agreement or any policy alters that status unless a specific written contract for a definite term is signed by an authorized officer of Employer.
14. Training and Development
Employer may provide training. Employee agrees to participate and to repay certain training costs if employment ends within a specified period as outlined in a separate agreement if applicable.
15. References and Non-Disparagement
Upon termination, Employer will provide neutral employment verification. Employee agrees not to disparage Employer in any public forum regarding the employment relationship.
Expanded Standard Clauses
The following standard provisions apply:
- Entire Agreement: This document and any exhibits contain the complete understanding.
- Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect others.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Assignment: Employee may not assign rights; Employer may.
- Notices: Written notice to the addresses above is sufficient.
- Headings: For convenience only.
- Counterparts: Electronic signatures accepted.
16. Final Acknowledgment
By signing, Employee confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all terms, and having had the opportunity to consult counsel.
