15. Insurance
Provider shall maintain commercial general liability, professional liability, and workers compensation insurance as appropriate, with certificates available upon request.
16. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, government action, or infrastructure failures. The affected party shall notify promptly and use reasonable efforts to mitigate.
17. Audit Rights
Client may audit Provider's records related to this SOW upon reasonable notice during the term and for one year after, limited to verification of charges and compliance.
18. Survival

19. Counterparts and Electronic Execution
