The Seller represents and warrants that the Seller is the lawful owner of the Vehicle and has full right and authority to sell and transfer title to the Buyer.
The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer at or promptly after the time of sale:
- The properly assigned Arizona certificate of title (or manufacturer's certificate of origin for a new Vehicle), signed over to the Buyer.
- Any lien release documentation if applicable.
The Buyer is solely responsible for submitting the signed title and required documents to the Arizona MVD or authorized third-party provider within fifteen (15) days of the sale date to avoid penalties.
