3. Sale Price and Payment

4. Title and Ownership Transfer

6. Condition and "As-Is" Sale
The Vehicle is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults, without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in this Bill of Sale or required by Nebraska law that cannot be disclaimed.
- Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has inspected the Vehicle (or has had the opportunity to inspect) and is purchasing based on Buyer's own examination and not in reliance on any representation by Seller except as stated herein.

8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the Vehicle shall pass to Buyer upon execution of this Bill of Sale and delivery of possession, or upon full payment if later.
9. Delivery
Seller shall deliver possession of the Vehicle, keys, owner's manuals, maintenance records, and any other documents or items related to the Vehicle to Buyer at [[Delivery Location and Time]].

10. Indemnification

17. Tax and DMV Acknowledgment
Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any Nebraska sales or use tax due on this transaction and for titling and registering the Vehicle within the time required by the Nebraska DMV. Seller shall provide any documentation reasonably requested by Buyer or DMV to complete the transfer.
- The parties agree to cooperate in completing any DMV forms, including any required "Bill of Sale" affidavit for tax purposes.
