Template - not professional (legal/financial/medical) advice. This Oklahoma Vehicle Bill of Sale is a sample template. Oklahoma motor vehicle title transfer is governed by the Oklahoma Tax Commission and 47 O.S. motor vehicle laws. Federal odometer disclosure requirements (49 U.S.C. § 32705) apply. The "AS IS" sale and warranty disclaimer are common but should be reviewed for compliance with any applicable consumer protection laws. For financed vehicles or out-of-state titles, additional steps and forms may be required. Parties should verify current Oklahoma Tax Commission forms (e.g., 750, 701) and procedures with the local tag agency. Consult a licensed attorney or the OTC for complex situations. Current as of June 2026.
