3. Representations and Warranties of Seller
Seller represents and warrants that:

4. "As Is" Sale

Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has inspected the Vehicle to Buyer's satisfaction.
Buyer accepts the Vehicle with all faults, known and unknown, except for any fraud or willful misrepresentation by Seller. The following known conditions are disclosed:

5. Delivery and Title Transfer
Seller shall deliver possession of the Vehicle and all keys, remotes, and documents to Buyer upon execution of this Bill of Sale and receipt of payment.
Seller shall execute all documents necessary to transfer title to Buyer, including the South Carolina title application and odometer disclosure statement as required by law. Buyer is responsible for titling and registering the Vehicle in Buyer's name within the time required by South Carolina DMV.
Buyer acknowledges receipt of the Vehicle in its current condition at the time of delivery.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon delivery of possession.
7. Indemnification
Seller agrees to indemnify Buyer against any claims arising from any lien or ownership dispute existing prior to the sale that was not disclosed.
8. Governing Law
This Bill of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
