4. Title and Ownership Transfer
Seller warrants that Seller is the lawful owner of the Vehicle, has good and marketable title, and has full right and authority to sell the Vehicle. The Vehicle is free and clear of all liens, security interests, encumbrances, and adverse claims except as disclosed in writing to Buyer: [[Disclosed Liens or "None"]].

5. Condition of Vehicle; "As-Is" Sale

6. Representations and Warranties of Seller
Seller represents and warrants that:

7. Emissions, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance (Washington Specific)

9. Buyer's Acknowledgments
Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has inspected the Vehicle (or had the opportunity to do so), is purchasing the Vehicle based on Buyer's own inspection and judgment, and is not relying on any representation by Seller not contained in this Bill of Sale. Buyer understands that Buyer is responsible for title transfer, registration, sales/use tax, and any applicable fees with the Washington DOL and local licensing office within the required timeframes.
10. Indemnification
Seller agrees to indemnify and hold Buyer harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from any breach of Seller's representations or from any lien or title defect existing prior to the sale that was not disclosed.
Buyer agrees to indemnify Seller from claims arising after the sale date related to Buyer's use, registration, or operation of the Vehicle.
11. Governing Law
This Bill of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the county where the Vehicle is located or where the parties reside.
12. Entire Agreement
This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sale of the Vehicle and supersedes all prior discussions. No modification shall be binding unless in writing signed by both parties.
13. Counterparts and Electronic Signatures
This Bill of Sale may be executed in counterparts and signed electronically. Electronic signatures have the same legal effect as original ink signatures for this purpose.
